10 Years ago Kiboko Town Hotel and Restaurant opened its doors for the first time. We could not have achieved this decade of happy and satisfied guests without our lovely and hard working staff.

These sweet Dutch people of the Swistoka organisation have been supporting Malawi over 10 years. They are generous and always come with full suitcases of supplies for schools and orphanages. Every year they stay at Kiboko and they also think about the staff too. After 10 years reason to celebrate.

Highlight, Many: the beautifully situated camp at the river, elephants crashing the camp, on the first day, watching a hippo pass by when being at the pool, seeing giraffes,lions,the leopard, wild dogs(3x!!!)

Both drivers /guides like to share their knowledge-we learned so much!awesome!,the cook /chef prepared delicious food, I really can’t complain.

Very pleasant stay in south Luangwa, with ‘Kiboko safaris, we were well taken care of by all the staff.
Highlight : The evening /night drive with sundowners was very enjoyable-seeing the lions .

Very friendly staff , Mike always available ,Robert our guide was excellent , very knowledgeable and experienced.
Highlight : Getting to see a live kill by a leopard and getting to see a male lion up close the herd of elephants passing through the camp, we also got to see all of the big animals on our check list.

I had a wonderful time here , the staff is excellent, professional, and friendly, I was travelling alone and felt welcome and comfortable the whole time.
Highlight : During our first night drive ,our guide/spotter allowed us to see a live kill , which was an excellent way to start the trip.

Mike was the best! Very polite and nice to be around – made you feel welcome and free.
Highlight: The Liwonde NP and spending the time at cape Maclear, also Mike.

This trip exceeded my expectations, the lodge was nice and comfortable and the staff was excellent .I could not enjoy my experience more.
Highlight : Its hard work to just pick one! the baby leopard or the albino lion are at the top of my list.

Isaac was an excellent guide friendly very enthusiastic. Mike was very welcoming and good company. all the watchmen were very helpful.
Highlight: Discovering the various animals was my highlight, I also thought the campsite was lovely and had great accommodation.

Thank you Kiboko for an amazing experience in the wild. The food was good especially vegetarian and the people, staff are really cooperative and super sweet.
Highlight: Hippo close to the tents while am sleeping is the proof that am in the forest and Kiboko made me feel that way. Thank you!
